I ordered because I was under the impression most of the fruit and veg would be local, which was the main reason I wanted to try them in the first place.

When everything arrived, some of the labels and info made it seem like the produce was coming from all over, and it wasn’t very clear what was actually local and what wasn’t. Not saying it’s a scam, but it definitely didn’t match what I thought I was signing up for.

Maybe I missed something in the fine print, but I felt disappointed. If local sourcing is important to you, I’d probably look a bit closer before ordering.

I really wanted this to work, especially because fresh food is one of those things where timing kind of matters more than anything. But my delivery didn’t show up when I expected it to, and the updates weren’t very clear, so I kept checking and then ended up having to chase it myself. Not the biggest disaster in the world, but it was frustrating. Maybe it was just a bad day for them, I don’t know, but for me it made the whole thing feel too unreliable to order again.

A friend recommended this to me, so I was expecting it to be convenient, but it just didn’t work well for me. Pausing wasn’t easy, and that got annoying quickly...

I had a problem with my order trying to get a refund or replacement was a mess. Compared to other places I’ve ordered from, this felt way more drawn out than it needed to be. It took ages to get a response, and even after that, nothing was really sorted properly. I’ve dealt with returns elsewhere that were much smoother, so this was disappointing. Not worth the hassle for me, and I don’t think I’ll order again.

I’d say the portions are good for what you pay. It was enough to cover our meals for the week, which was nice. A couple of items were a little smaller than I expected, but overall I’m happy with it. If you’re trying to plan easy weekly meals without overspending, this is worth considering.

I was hoping to tweak things a bit more, but there just weren’t many options to customize. It ended up being kind of annoying, it feels like an avoidable issue.

Some of the fruit was fresh, but a few of the veggies looked kind of tired, like they’d been sitting out a while. It wasn’t awful, but for the price I expected better quality. I also tried asking about it and got transferred around, which was annoying and didn’t really help the experience.

Most of my order was fine, and the produce seemed fresh enough, but I had one of those “wait, what?” moments when I unpacked it. They sent the wrong herbs, and one item was missing altogether. It wasn’t a huge disaster, but I definitely wish someone had double-checked the list before it went out.

The site works fine for the most part, but it felt a little slooow to get around. I did find what I needed eventually, but a few items took way longer to track down than I expected...

My order arrived way faster than I expected. Not sure if they shipped it from somewhere nearby or just got it out super quickly, but either way, I’m happy with it. Thanks!

I maybe just expected a little more communication, but I barely heard anything until I followed up with them myself. Once I chased it, I did get a response, but the waiting around was a bit frustrating.

I’ve been using it for a bit, it’s been really convenient. It’s not perfect, and there are a few little things that can be frustrating, but overall it makes life easier and I’m glad I have it

I’d say it’s worth the money. Everything seemed fresh to me, and for the price, I feel like you’re getting a solid deal.

I’ve ordered from Produce Pod a few times now every time the box turns up I act like I’ve won some sort of vegetable lottery. The organic range is really solid, with all the usual stuff I actually use like apples, carrots, greens and potatoes, plus the odd seasonal surprise that makes me feel weirdly excited for dinner.

Not everything is available every single time, but I mean, it’s fresh produce, not a magic cupboard. What I’ve had has been fresh, tasty, and lasts well in the fridge, which is basically a miracle in my house. It’s easy to order and saves me from doing the dramatic multi-shop grocery mission, so I’m very happy with it.

When I received my order, the packaging was okay, but it didn’t feel as secure or well put together as I was expecting. Nothing major went wrong, but based on my experience, it could definitely be improved a bit

I’ve been happy with these seasonal boxes overall. The produce usually feels fresh, and the mix changes often enough that it doesn’t get repetitive. Compared with a couple of other services I’ve used, this one feels like better value and the selection is a bit more interesting. Every now and then I do end up with too much of one item, but most weeks it’s a solid box and worth it...

I felt ignored by customer service!!! I reached out hoping to get some help, but it didn’t really feel like anyone was paying attention or trying to sort things out!!! Not the best experience!!!

They’ve got a decent variety of options, enough to choose from, but I wouldn’t say it’s amazing. It’s good overall, just feels like there’s still room to improve
